Business Analyst (Finance)

Salary: 2500 - 4000 AZN gross

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience in international company or in Big 4
• Specific knowledge: Financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, understanding of Financial Statements, Internal Control and audit procedures, practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferable). Fluent English (must) and Russian (preferable).
• International finance certifications: ACCA is not a must, but preferrable.

Job responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on the AZT MSP key performance indicators and objectives, ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with the internal policies and procedures.
• Support AZE Finance Manager and AZT GU Finance Manager in performing monthly reviews of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts.
• Assist in preparing full MSP budget and monitor financial results, including Business Enablement costs versus planned numbers, in close coordination with KLFH.
• Prepare Facility allocation plans - monitor actual financial results vs planned numbers.
• Monitoring and tracking costs improvements initiatives.
• Assist in consolidation of rolling forecast and plans for AZT.
• Interface with Demand Planner and Hub Fixed Asset Analysts regarding allocation of approved CAPEX budget.
• Take on ad-hoc projects and analysis, as well and other support activities, such as POP and BMI
• Participate in Internal Audit assignments and support fraud investigations.
