Russia MFA spox on Armenia Security Council chief: Maybe it’s about some female secretary

I believe that there are things that cannot be commented on without having a medical education. Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), stated this during Wednesday’s weekly press briefing—and commenting on the statement by the secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, that it was Russia that handed over Nagorno-Karabakh to Azerbaijan.
"Are you seriously reading from paper now? Did he state such a thing? What year did it happen? What is that person's name? I would like to return the theory that was thought of by that side: maybe it’s about some female secretary.
I believe that there are things that cannot be commented on without having a medical education. I have no opportunity to apply any skills in this field, but it is impossible to treat this in another way," the Russia MFA spox said in response to the request to comment on the aforesaid statement by the secretary of the Security Council of Armenia.
