Abrau Capital Consortium selected as consultant for the privatization of four project companies
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Abrau Capital Consortium has been selected as the consultant for the privatization of the state shares in four project companies. This was announced by the State Assets Management Agency of Uzbekistan.
The Agency noted that the consortium was chosen through a selection process that involved seven local and international consulting firms. The selection criteria included their financial proposals, experience, and approaches to task execution. As a result, the Abrau Capital Consortium was selected.
The consortium will serve as a consultant in the privatization process of state shares in "Toshuyjoyliti" (61.6%), "Uzogirsanoatloyiha" (81.7%), "Uzagrosanoatloyiha" (94.9%), and "Uzengineering" (100%).
Abrau Capital will conduct an analysis of project and survey works, as well as the development prospects of the industry in Uzbekistan and the region. Additionally, the consortium will perform comprehensive due diligence of state assets, prepare necessary materials for potential investors, and take measures aimed at privatizing state assets.
"Toshuyjoyliti" Institute develops regulatory documentation in the field of civil construction, ensuring seismic resistance, and provides standard building designs.
"Uzogirsanoatloyiha" prepares preliminary and project documentation for the construction, reconstruction, modernization, and capital repair of industrial facilities.
"Uzagrosanoatloyiha" designs horticultural facilities, fruit and vegetable production plants, livestock processing enterprises, milling facilities, and farm infrastructure objects.
The Republican Design Institute "Uzengineering" under the Cabinet of Ministers is involved in creating preliminary and project documentation for the construction, reconstruction, and modernization of production, civil, and infrastructure facilities.
