WSJ: U.S. to hand over to Israel a shipment of bombs previously suspended

The Washington administration will soon send Israel a batch of bombs, the supply of which was previously suspended by the US authorities. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) with reference to sources.According to them, the U.S. will send the Jewish state bombs weighing 500 pounds (about 227 kg). Their deliveries were suspended in May in connection with Israel's military operation in the town of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip.According to the publication, a batch of bombs "is in the process of being shipped." The munitions are expected to arrive in Israel in the coming weeks.
