We are seeking to hire a Food and Beverage Warehouse Coordinator with strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with experience in managing food and beverage stock in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and update stock levels regularly, conduct periodic counts, and manage stock rotation to reduce spoilage.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain timely and accurate distribution of goods.
- Ensure all food products are stored according to safety and hygiene standards, including temperature control and contamination prevention.
- Inspect and report on food quality, working closely with quality control to resolve any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout to optimize storage space and accessibility.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on food safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Maintain records of inventory levels, shipments, and compliance checks for internal and external audits.
- The role requires working in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to varying temperatures.
- Occasional lifting and handling of materials may be required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Azerbaijani (native); good level of Russian and English is required for communication and reporting.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics (specifically in Food and Beverage sector), with a track record of overseeing large-scale warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and 1C for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area
- Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week).
- Salary: 3000-3500 AZN (net)
