Tomorrow, the meeting of the Plenum of the Constitutional Court will be held, APA reports.
According to the information, the agenda of the meeting included checking and approving the results of the extraordinary elections to the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament).
It should be noted that on September 16, the Central Election Commission (CEC) submitted the relevant documents to the Constitutional Court for approval of the conclusions and results of the extraordinary elections to the Milli Majlis.
In accordance with the Election Code, the Constitutional Court must complete the process of verification and approval of the conclusions and results of the elections to the Milli Majlis within 10 days after receiving the relevant documents (if the verification process requires, this period can be extended).
