According to the disclosed information, it is unclear whether the purchase and sale agreement was signed with the company “Artcloud Network International” or with Conti Laura.
We inform you that the purchase and sale agreement is related to the development of the design and content of the “Khankendi Victory Museum”. The total value of the contract is 443 thousand 920 manats.
It is worth noting that the company "Artcloud Network International" was registered on July 13, 2021 in Rome (Italy) at the address "VIA ARBIA, 5". About 5 months before the establishment of "Artcloud Network International" - in February 2021, the founder of the company Laura Conti and director Fabrizio Conti visited Baku as representatives of another Italian company - "G Group". They met with former Minister of Culture Anar Karimov. During the meeting, the issues of preparing the concept of the Patriotic War memorial complex and the Victory Museum were discussed.
After this meeting, Laura Conti and Fabrizio Conti founded the company "Artcloud Network International". According to information in the press, it seems that it was this company that designed the Occupation and Victory Museums, the foundation of which was laid in Kalbajar in June 2022. In addition, this company has prepared a project for a complex of buildings in Aghdam, where the Panahali Khan Palace is located.
There is no information about the projects implemented by Artcloud Network International in countries other than Azerbaijan.
The information released by the relevant official bodies of Italy states that last year the turnover of Artcloud Network International amounted to 4 million 229 thousand 736 euros. The company's net profit amounted to 68 thousand 981 euros. In 2022, the turnover amounted to 8.3 million euros (profit 258 thousand euros), and in 2021 - 1.3 million euros (60 thousand euros).
It is reported that Aynur Bagirli, who works as a project manager at Artcloud Network International, was previously an employee of the Ministry of Culture.
