"We commend the findings of the UN Human Rights Committee related to concerns on the implementation of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights by France, including in its overseas territories," Aykhan Hajizada, head of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan,posted this on his X account, APA reports.
"We call on the French side to implement the recommendations of the Committee based on obligations enshrined within the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights," the post reads.
