Azerbaijan holding "Baku ID" innovation festival

"Baku ID" innovation festival, which is the main start-up innovation event of Azerbaijan and the region, created with the support of SABAH.HUB Innovation Center, is being held in Baku, APA reports.

Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev, Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov and other officials are participating in the festival.

More than 200 local and foreign investors, more than 100 foreign and local start-ups, 5000 participants and more than 50 partners are taking part in the event.

A panel session on Artificial Intelligence will be organized within the framework of the event.

Startups participating in the festival's startup competition may benefit from an investment fund worth USD 1 million.

Participants can also expect speeches from speakers from global technology companies, various panel sessions, presentation speeches of regional startups, networking and other interesting activities.

Note that the main sponsors of "Baku ID" are the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan, SOCAR, PASHA Holding, ABB and Mappable, and the partners are 4SIM and IDDA.
