Job functions:
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
- Responsible for thoroughly understanding compliance laws, as well as providing adequate communication to managers and employees about such laws.
- Make sure that, legally, organization is aligned with country-specific labor laws when tasked with things such as hiring, workplace rules, and employee treatment.
- HR Operations outlines the HR compliance policies that need to be followed internally.
- Ensures that all processes are in compliance with the legislation
- Carry a regular HR audit on all record keeping and documentation of processes.
- Monitor and provide support with disciplinary cases and investigations
- Facilitate employee relations resolution based on local laws
- Handling sensitive employee data or reports in a discreet manner
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred
- Work experience: At least 5 years in working experience in a recruitment and HR operations
- Languages: Azerbaijani and English required, Russian would be advantageous
- Computer skills: MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook)
- Other requirements:
- CIPD, SHRM, HRCI certifications are preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Labor Law and related legislations.
