Next year, the need criterion and the minimum living standard will be set at AZN 285 in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
This is reflected in the review of the Chamber of Accounts on the draft law "On the State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025."
It was noted that starting from January 1, 2025, the need criterion will be increased from AZN 270.0 to AZN 285.0. Considering that the minimum living standard is now equal to the need criterion, both are increased by over 5.5% compared to 2024.
